We’ll work with your specifications to create something fresh and exciting. Jewelry Repair Our in-house repair shop can handle a myriad of jewelry repairs, most with a one-year warranty. We can repair rings, earrings, pendants, chains, pins and bracelets. Next-day service is also offered for a wide variety of repairs. Owner Brian Rouse completes all repairs - he performs quality work and stands behind it! Custom Design Have something unique in mind but can’t find it anywhere? We’re happy to assist you through the process of designing a completely new piece. We’ll work with you to ensure the durability of the design as well as the beauty. You can see 3-D images of all designs before any work starts. You can also have a wax mold created. Watch Repair We service all brands of watches. Most battery changes and band adjustments can be done while you wait. We carry a wide assortment of replacement bands that can be put on right away, too. Estimates for repair are always free. Appraisals We are happy to provide you with a free insurance appraisal on your purchase. For diamonds and diamond jewelry not purchased at Bay Area Diamond Company, appraisals for a fee are performed by the owner, Brian Rouse, who is certified in Diamonds and Diamond Grading by the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Pearl and Bead Restringing Bay Area Diamond Company will custom-string your necklaces or bracelets and will always clean your jewelry before restringing. This can be done in many different styles and we’re glad to work with you to create the perfect style. Wish Lists We maintain wish lists for any customer who’d like us to track their favorite pieces. Whether you want to make sure friends and family know what you’ve been hoping for or you’d just like to keep track of your desires personally, we’re here to help. This has been especially popular for our line of Personality beads! Gift Certificates Gift certificates in any amount can be purchased. They're ideal for employees, co-workers and anyone who likes to pick out their own unique jewelry. Engraving We will gladly engrave and personalize any jewelry piece or watch. This service is performed by hand or by machine, depending on the piece. Gift Wrapping This additional service is completely free of charge.
